Program Overview:

This Referral Program allows you to earn a reward for referring new clients to CravenIT Solutions. By referring a potential client who ultimately becomes a paying customer, you'll be eligible for a referral bonus.

Eligibility:

1. This program is open to all individuals except employees or contractors of CravenIT Solutions.
2. You may not refer yourself.

Referral Process:

1. To participate, simply complete the Referral Form on our website and provide your friend or colleague's contact information.
2. CravenIT Solutions will then contact the referred party to discuss their specific needs and explore potential service packages.

Earning Your Referral Bonus:

1. A referral bonus will only be awarded if the referred party becomes a paying client of CravenIT Solutions and successfully purchases a service package.
2. The referral bonus amount is 10% of the total project value, capped at a maximum of $1,000 per referred client, regardless of the final project cost.
3. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Payment of Referral Bonus:

1. Referral bonuses will be issued within 90 days of confirmation of full payment received from the referred client.
2. You have the option to receive your bonus payment via one of the following methods:

• Zelle
• Venmo
• Certified Check (through Capital One Bank US)
• Gift Card (excluding prepaid VISA cards due to activation fees) of your choice from a major retailer (e.g., Amazon, Starbucks, Target). The chosen gift card will be treated as equivalent to cash value.
